The Shadowtrack mobile application is designed to fit the special needs of probation, parol, courts, pre-trial services, pre-trial intervention programs, and other corrections related services which include curfew management, self-reporting, sobriety test sessions, location verification, voice verification, and facial recognition and notifications. The app provides a useful tool so that a person’s mobile phone can be utilized for monitoring purposes. The Shadowtrack app sends alerts to the users mobile device when they are required to initiate a location check, perform a sobriety test, or check in for curfew or self reporting. The information gathered once an alert is completed by a user is reported back to the appropriate entity via the Shadowtrack platform.*** The minimum supported OS version for this app is 7 (Android Nougat). If your device OS does not meet this requirement you will be unable to utilize this app ***- New Interactive Voicemail feature

It used to let me self report no problem. Every since the update, I can't get passed the voice verification process. I'm Adair of getting in trouble. Is there a way to fix this???
Only problem I've had is notifications not popping up on the app, only way I knew I had to self report is my probation officer texted me telling me to. It's really easy to use
It stinks. It won't let me do what I need to do to get in.
I cannot get the shadow track to download. I go to Google play store hit download and the little circle just spins around and around, Nothing? Help please 🙏 and thank you 😊.. I have straight talk, Android phone!!

Very good alternative to psychical house arrest the staff are very friendly and understanding had a few problems here and there but they were there to fix those problems right away. If you are ordered to do house arrest I would strongly suggest asking about shadowtrack app :)

It's not downloading to my phone all of a sudden I need to do my assessments
There are no instructions on how to enable location services within the app. I know how to do it on my phone but how is it different because it's not working on their end to see my location.
I had the app it was working fine but then I find out that it got uninstalled and I can't seem to download load it again? Any suggestions why is to happening?
